A cheap brochure printing campaign really can make a difference to your overall sales in your company. Whilst it’s true that a lot depends on your budget for advertising, brochure printing really can deliver on all fronts, with more inquiries, more sales and prosperity. In short if its well designed, it will deliver for you.
Whatever you need for brochure printing, its proven time and time again to be a really effective form of marketing. With a varied choice of either A4 or A5 brochures to which size you choose is pretty much dependent on your campaign. Be it a Trifold of folded brochure printing, you made a wise choice.
What size is best:
The most popular format is A5, this is probably due to its compactness. Choosing 1 or 4 colors these days usually does not affect the price. That said, the more your order the less it will cost as quantity makes for the cheapest brochure printing. You can opt for brochures that are A4 in size, but in truth, there not as popular.
Brochure Design
Your brochure design says it all. The key thing here is not to use Microsoft Word or Publisher (not PowerPoint) the reason being, these work in RGB format and there not ideal at all. If you have the wherewithal, opt for In design or at least Photoshop. Whilst these programs are expensive, you may wish to employ a graphic designer to ensure a great piece of artwork.
For your brochures, choose vibrant or pastel colors these tend to work best and are easy on the eye. In addition a good font for the main text is verdana, easy to read. Always think about the end user when proofing your brochure prior to printing.
Cheap Brochure Printing on Litho
When you get your brochures printing, choose litho printing. The reason for this is it looks a lot better than digital. Also, you will get a far better price using Litho as its faster to print and ideal for brochure printing.
Paper to print on
When you have your brochure design, next thing to do is select the right paper. We recommend gloss paper usually 130Gsm to be precise; this gives a nice finish and look to your brochures. You can opt for matt, but this does not always hold colour very well.

Colour Brochure Printing

If you are in business today, the chances are you use some form of promotion be it a leaflet or booklet, but the most cost effective solution to business promotion in fact lies in Colour Brochure Printing.

You can off course user flyers and even a website but that professional touch lies in Colour brochure Printing the question is which size and format is most effective? We do offer custom brochures but by far the popular are A4 and A5, we can design and fold your brochures in many ways including Z fold, call us for more information.

Colour Brochure Printing

There is a general choice of either A4 or A5 and per survey the biggest seller is A5 (which is A4 folded to A5) this brochure really delivers due to it being compact and cost effective, but like all marketing it depends on your target audience and off course the design you choose to print. If you have the budget, more of course is always less and these days the gap between 1 color versus 4 colors is very narrow so it will pay dividends to go full colour on your brochures.

Care should be taken on the design of your brochures if you are looking for a good return. Often business people choose the cheapest design software which would be for example Microsoft Publisher etc but investment in a good design program really does make all the difference. In the event you don’t have an indesign team in your company, freelancers will work for far less than you may think, and after all this promotion represents your company so its money well spent.

Colour Brochure Printing

As stated, the difference between 1 colour and full colour brochure printing is very small and full colour makes such a difference. Model the design typically in bright colors a good choice always is royal blue – a confident colour and orange a calming colour, it needs to be dynamic yet subtle to really make an impact. You can opt for colour paper, but in reality, full colour print on white paper delivers the same effect. Are turnaround time is usually 3-4 working days from order and we offer a full brochure design service also.

So to sum up:

- Take time on the design
- Budget accordingly
- Get 3 quotes
- Start promoting!

Following these steps I`m sure will really help you reach your target audience with a class colour brochure printing.

When you are looking to order leaflet printing , there are many types of paper to choose from. It can be confusing to some people about what type of paper is best, after all cheap leaflets is one thing but if you order the wrong paper it can have a costly effect on your business.

There are 2 primary types of paper:

Gloss

Matt

In most trades such as plumbers, builders etc matt bond can deliver the message of your company in a coast effective manner. Sure you can use glossy leaflets but in all fairness matt bond will deliver just as well.

For companies operating in the retail environment, gloss is often best. This includes companies such as professional services – Accountants, Solicitors and the like.

Ultimately its down to you, the message in this article is to keep an open mind on the type of paper you choose. Are you looking for Cheap Brochure Printing ?

Choosing the right paper for print:

We are often asked by companies in the UK for the cheapest option to printing there leaflets with no real issue on quality. It is true for some trades that bargain paper serves the purpose of getting the message out, but this is not true for all companies.

There are 2 types of paper both serve very different purposes as we will see.

Matt Bond: this matt paper is ideal for a range of print – Letterheads and comp slips are its most common use although it can be used in brochures and leaflets also. The weights in this paper start from 80Gsm to 170Gsm – (budget leaflets are printed on 80Gsm matt bond)

Gloss: Glossy paper is more relevant to flyers, brochures and booklets. Its weight can vary with cost, typical weights are 115Gsm to 350Gsm Gloss. Naturally, you would not use it on letterheads etc.

Choosing the right paper for print:

If you looking for basic promotion, then matt bond is the ideal choice. It s cheap and basic print and gets the job done. If however your looking to make a lasting impression, then gloss would be ideal. The primary thing here is your budget.

Choosing the correct paper is fine providing off course you have the budget also. The degree of variance in matt paper is relatively small however the variance in gloss can be substantial due to the nature of the paper.

Choose the right paper for your printing is the key here. Cheap Printing

Full color printing works well on pretty much any printed item, and with advances in Litho printing can be far more effective and cheaper. However when it comes to print there are differences between Pantone and CMYK.

With color in any printing you portray the mood and tempo of the leaflet or flyer, highlighting soft pastel colors can really forward the emotion and depth of any design and create a lasting impression you customer will not forget – if you do it right that is.

Your most commonly used printing systems are Pantone (Spot Color) and CMYK (Cyan – Magenta-Yellow- K ((Black) but what really works best on leaflet printing?

You can use spot color in color printing and depending on the product or service it can work very well and example of service it works well with is builders, plumbers and related trades that’s the plus side, however using Pantone colors on leaflets and flyers can ramp the price up considerably as they do require a lot more work to output.

Full color printing works well on pretty much any printed item, and with advances in Litho printing can be far more effective and cheaper. However when it comes to print there are differences between Pantone and CMYK.

Pantone can give you an exact color in a nutshell its a solid color made up of multiple colors but the density and over all finish, these spot colors are far more exact which is useful for detailed print and promotional items. Pantone colors are not as cheap as CMYK based largely on the time to mix them and also the limitation of a maximum of 3 colors is available. If you need a logo printed to exact standards, this is where Pantone comes into its own.

What about CMYK?

CMYK otherwise Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black is 4 color printing (process colors) and is the universal stand for leaflet printing, Brochures and Flyers its very affordable and reliable and commonly used on 4 color work. There are other uses of CMYK namely in Digital printing however printing leaflets or letterheads on a digital press most often does not return the complete desired finish as digital printing if you will is merely an over sized inkjet.

Summary:
The recommended approach is CMYK for cost effectiveness and price, Pantone is great for rich bright colors which CMYK sometimes has problems reproducing.

Its true that generally most people ignore ads and prefer to read news. People go “ad blind” to ads when digesting news as its pretty much more interesting to read.

The reason why a printed newsletter fails often to hit the spot is ads and poor design these are the two primary factors. The goal of a newsletter is to keep customers up to date with your products and services, this is the ideal scenario.

News is what sells your product and newsletter printing really keeps you in touch with you clients and in addition, creates more sales opportunities. There are many printing options from Digital to Litho Printing , making it eye catching and correct use of colors also plays a large part as does a professional logo,

Ideal newsletter printing has more than 75% of useful content and maybe 25% (max) of advertisements, there are additional color options for example 1,2 color however full color is best, you need to bear in mind 2 key points for success:

- Your newsletter needs to be eye catching and professional – not full of Ads.
- Choose the right paper for printing.

Keep these points in mind, and more often you will have a winner.

So you have project to be printed, the next question would be what paper is best. There are a variety of papers available and weights for the best possible finish, lets look at the best choice for each job.

(bear in mind this is only a guide as color density plays a big part in regards to absorbency)

Flyers and Leaflet Printing:
This is matter of budget as well as design. The options are:
Gloss Paper from 130Gsm to 350Gsm Card
Matt Bond for budget leaflets

The typical paper weight for leaflets is 130Gsm on gloss or 80Gsm on Matt Bond (matt bond is a budget leaflet)

Brochure Printing:

The choice here really is the finish required. You can opt for matt bond , but to be honest our popular choice
for brochures is 150Gsm gloss to 170Gsm gloss

NCR – Invoice Pad Printing:

Invoice pads are printed on 1 weight of paper that is 70Gsm, it needs to be on this paper as it is carbonless.
on a separate point, we do get clients who wish to have full colour invoice pads – which off course we can supply,
however one must bear in mind its only an invoice and so 1 or 2 colour would normally suffice.

Letterheads and Comp slips:
This is simply best printed on 100Gsm Bond, you can choose heavier weights however 100Gsm is the normal.

Booklet Printing:
Again a matter of choice, paper weight that is ideal is 150Gsm Gloss throughout, however for the best finish
a 200Gsm Gloss cover works best.

Posters:
